Alsum Farms & Produce , Inc. has over 60,000 square feet devoted to potato and onion cleaning, grading, and packing. Our state-of-the-art packing shed contains the most technologically advanced equipment to fully automate the entire packing process. And our dedicated employees make sure each potato passes our high standards for quality, weight, and size.

Alsum's processing line pampers potatoes. The product is washed clean and then gently floated from the truck to our grading line. The graders carefully sort through the potatoes, eliminating anything that is less than perfect.

We have electronic sizers that separate potatoes according to the precise size specifications requested by our customers. The product is then packed by sophisticated computerized packaging equipment, which assures accuracy and a neat, clean package at the point-of-sale. Rigid visual inspections throughout the packing process guarantee our customers receive the freshest, best potatoes and onions available on the market today.
