Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. has a state-of-the-art facility in which to store our produce. Product is kept continuously cold in temperature-controlled coolers. We pack potatoes and onions fresh for orders. We have an excellent supply of over 600 fresh fruits and vegetables. Chain of custody is maintained throughout so we are able to track products coming in and going out.     

Alsum Transport has 26 trucks available to deliver to our Wisconsin and Illinois customers as well as many eastern and southern customers. In addition to our dependable drivers, we also have an excellent network of outside carriers.
