Creamy White Potato Bake

  • 5 Medium White potatoes May substitute with goldens
  • 2 Cup diced ham May substitute with chicken
  • 1 Can Cream of celery soup undiluted
  • 1/8 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tablespoon butter
  • 2 Tablespoon Minced dried onion
  • Salt and pepper as desired


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut raw potatoes into 1/8" slices. Place sliced potatoes on bottom of greased 8 x 8 pan or casserole dish. Add diced ham to soup and spread across the top. Pour milk over top. Sprinkle a layer of Parmesan cheese over diced ham and soup mixture. Top with slivers of butter. Add dried onion, salt and pepper to taste. Bake uncovered 50 minutes at 350 degrees F. The top will be light brown.
