Baked Spiralized French Fries with Creamy Sriracha Dip

- 1 Large Alsum russet potato
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ Teaspoon Paprika
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
- 6 Ounces Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Peel the potato and use a spiralizer to create curly strings of potato.
Place in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and rosemary.
Toss the potato noodles until evenly coated.
Place on a lined or non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, stir the noodles to make sure they are not sticking. Place back in oven for 15 minutes.
Mix sriracha and Greek yogurt together in a bowl. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
Remove potato noodles from oven. Let cool and serve with the dip.
