Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine cooked potatoes and other ingredients in mixer. Beat on low until light and fluffy.
Put in buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, if desired.
Bake at 350°F covered for 1 hour.
