Ingredients
 

  • 9 Baker size Alsum russet potatoes boiled and drained
  • 1 Cup Sour cream
  • 8 Ounces Cream cheese softened
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ Cup Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Combine cooked potatoes and other ingredients in mixer. Beat on low until light and fluffy. 
  • Put in buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, if desired. 
  • Bake at 350°F covered for 1 hour.
