Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and cover the baking pan with foil.
Using a paring knife, carve a face into each potato (eyes, nose, and mouth).
Toss potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper (to taste).
Place them on the baking sheet face side up.
Roast potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender.
Serve with sauce or toppings of choice.
Garnish with fresh rosemary.
