  • 6 Alsum yellow potatoes small to medium sized
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400°F and cover the baking pan with foil.
  • Using a paring knife, carve a face into each potato (eyes, nose, and mouth).
  • Toss potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper (to taste).
  • Place them on the baking sheet face side up.
