2 Pounds Alsum baby red or gold potatoes baked, quartered, seasoned with salt & pepper 2 Cups Broccoli florets steamed 2 Cups Sharp cheddar shredded 1 Cup Sour cream 6 Slices Bacon cooked, crumbled Chives or scallions to top
Heat oven to 350°F.
Butter a casserole dish, add potatoes, broccoli, cheese, sour cream, and top with bacon.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
Top with chives or scallions.
