Ingredients
 

  • 2 Pounds Alsum baby red or gold potatoes baked, quartered, seasoned with salt & pepper
  • 2 Cups Broccoli florets steamed
  • 2 Cups Sharp cheddar shredded
  • 1 Cup Sour cream
  • 6 Slices Bacon cooked, crumbled
  • Chives or scallions to top

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Butter a casserole dish, add potatoes, broccoli, cheese, sour cream, and top with bacon.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Top with chives or scallions.
