3TablespoonsButter
2TablespoonsDried onionminced
Salt and pepperas desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut raw potatoes into ⅛" slices.
Place sliced potatoes on bottom of greased 8 x 8 pan or casserole dish. Add diced ham to soup and spread across the top. Pour milk over top. Sprinkle a layer of Parmesan cheese over diced ham and soup mixture. Top with slivers of butter. Add dried onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake uncovered 50 minutes at 350°F. The top will be light brown.
