Creamy White Potato Bake
A delicious and easy casserole your whole family will love using white or golden potatoes!
Ingredients
- 5 Medium Alsum white potatoes may substitute with goldens
- 2 Cups Ham diced, may substitute with chicken
- 1 Can Cream of celery soup undiluted
- ⅛ Cup Milk
- ¼ Cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Dried onion minced
- Salt and pepper as desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut raw potatoes into ⅛" slices.
- Place sliced potatoes on bottom of greased 8 x 8 pan or casserole dish. Add diced ham to soup and spread across the top. Pour milk over top. Sprinkle a layer of Parmesan cheese over diced ham and soup mixture. Top with slivers of butter. Add dried onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake uncovered 50 minutes at 350°F. The top will be light brown.
