Air Fryer Crispy Potatoes
Enjoy this air fryer recipe with these crispy, soft inside, herbed red potatoes as a side for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Incredibly easy and versatile to fit many dishes and flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Alsum baby red potatoes halved
- 1 Tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground black pepper
- Lemon wedge for serving
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Cajun seasoning. If using, season with salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes in basket of air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Shake basket and stir potatoes and cook until potatoes are golden and tender, 8 to 10 minutes more.
- Squeeze lemon juice over cooked potatoes and garnish with parsley before serving.
