Enjoy this air fryer recipe with these crispy, soft inside, herbed potatoes as a side for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Incredibly easy and versatile to fit many dishes and flavors.

  • Air fryer


  • 1 pound baby red potatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • lemon wedge for serving
  • freshly chopped parsley for garnish


  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Cajun seasoning. If using, season with salt and pepper.
  • Place potatoes in basket of air fryer and cook at 400° for 10 minutes. Shake basket and stir potatoes and cook until potatoes are golden and tender, 8 to 10 minutes more.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over cooked potatoes and garnish with parsley before serving.
