Cajun Fries
Cajun seasoning adds some kick to these fries using russet potatoes!
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Alsum russet potatoes about 5-6 oz
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 Teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut two russet potatoes into French fry shapes; coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning; toss to coat.
- Arrange potato pieces in a single layer on nonstick baking skeet. Roast, turning once about halfway through roasting, for 15 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown and tender (cooking time will vary depending on size of pieces).
