- 2 Medium Russet potatoes about 5-6 oz
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 Teaspoon Cajun or Creole Seasoning
- Cut two russet potatoes (about 8 ounces each) into French fry shapes; coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning; toss to coat. Arrange potato pieces in a single layer on nonstick baking skeet. Roast, turning once about halfway through roasting, in preheated 425-degree oven 15 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown and tender (cooking time will vary depending on size of pieces).
