Honey-Dijon Roasted Creamers
Dijon mustard and honey adds a savory sweet twist to these roasted creamer gold potatoes.
Ingredients
- 24 Ounce Alsum Gold Creamer Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chives chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Salt as desired
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper as desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Wash creamers in cool water, then cut in half, pat dry and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, toss together olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Add creamers to mixture and coat each potato well. Transfer potatoes to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place in center of oven and bake potatoes uncovered 25 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
