  • 24 Ounce Alsum gold creamer potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chives chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt as desired
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper as desired


  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Wash creamers in cool water, then cut in half, pat dry and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Add creamers to mixture and coat each potato well.
  • Transfer potatoes to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place in center of oven and bake potatoes uncovered 25 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.
  • Garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
