Baked Spiralized French Fries with Creamy Sriracha Dip
Enjoy a fun twist on traditional French fries with a flavorful and spiralized texture!
Ingredients
- 1 Large Alsum russet potato
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ Teaspoon Paprika
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
- 6 Ounces Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Peel the potato and use a spiralizer to create curly strings of potato.
- Place in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and rosemary.
- Toss the potato noodles until evenly coated.
- Place on a lined or non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, stir the noodles to make sure they are not sticking. Place back in oven for 15 minutes.
- Mix sriracha and Greek yogurt together in a bowl. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Remove potato noodles from oven. Let cool and serve with the dip.
