Air Fryer Chips

  • 6-8 Alsum russet potatoes, sliced lengthwise, 1/8-inch thick
  • 1 Package French onion soup mix

BLT Dip

  • 3 Slices of bacon
  • 1 Cup Romaine, chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 Cup Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

Preparing the Chips

  • Wash potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. Slice them evenly into 1/8-inch thick lengthwise sections.
  • Spray the slices lightly with a neutral oil, season with the French Onion Soup Mix.
  • Place the seasoned slices in the basket of a 425° air fryer for 20 minutes. This can be done in multiple batches to avoid crowding the fryer basket.

Preparing the Dip

  • While the potatoes are roasting, cook your bacon and chop into small pieces.
  • Chop your romaine, tomatoes, and green onions, aiming for small, equally-sized pieces.
  • Combine the Greek yogurt with the green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add mixture to a serving dish. Top with the romaine, tomatoes, and bacon.
  • Serve alongside the air fryer chips and enjoy!
