Ingredients
- 9 Baker size Alsum russet potatoes boiled and drained
- 1 Cup Sour cream
- 8 Ounces Cream cheese softened
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
- ½ Cup Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine cooked potatoes and other ingredients in mixer. Beat on low until light and fluffy.
- Put in buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, if desired.
- Bake at 350°F covered for 1 hour.
